control, a set of keys to our customer's premises, and be the first
responder to alarm activations. On attendance at the premises, our Mobile
Patrol will confirm the integrity of the location, if necessary organise
boarding up services, staying on site until the location is secure. They will
then reset alarms, informing our control-room of progress at all times.
A set fee is charged for call-outs, which usually includes the first two hours
on site. This service is useful for customers who, for various reasons, do
not want themselves, or their own staff to attend activations.
