About Us: Bowcock Security Services/ILM Associates Ltd Bowcock Security Services/ILM Associates Ltd was founded and incorporated in Aug 2011, specialising in security services and related training for the security industry. Since establishing the company we have seen rapid growth to our portfolio of services enabling us to work with a wider sector of industry: We have expanded our training portfolio from security training to other industry sector areas, becoming a Registered Centre for the Testing & Delivery of British Safety Council qualifications. In March 2013 we became an authorised Citb Testing Centre to enable the provision of the CSCS & CPCS examinations required by a variety of industries and occupations. We have expanded our security services to include a wide range of facility and property management services. We now have a wide client base and are responsible for the management of services for many sites and facilities based in the North East of England. These services include building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, security, H&S and the coordination and planning of essential services. In conjunction with this, in March 2017 we gained, “SafeContractor” accreditation, for the first time and are proud to say that we have passed audit every year since to remain accredited.   Our mission statement is: "To provide a clean, maintained, safe and secure environment in partnership with our customers and clients” We will achieve this for our clients by: Providing a quality, training, security, and cleaning and maintenance service.  Providing an awareness and experience of industry, in commerce or education Establishing partnerships based on listening and understanding in order to deliver current and future requirements. Planning services with our clients that deliver 'Best Value'. We continue to extend our links with industry, commerce and education sectors, while responding to the needs of a changing community.
